Achievements and statistics

A new achievements system arrives with its own menu tab and a toast whenever you unlock one. Alongside it, a statistics window tracks your whole journey — kills, crafts, salvages, upgrades and more.

Your progress can now follow you across devices, synced to the cloud.

The crafting rework

The blacksmith and the witch now have clearly separated jobs — the smith works the base item, the witch works the affixes.

The smith keeps Repair and Temper, and gains Upgrade Base (reforge an item onto its family’s next-tier base, consuming one plain unmodified item of that base plus cores — your affixes carry over) and Salvage (instantly break magic, rare or unique items down into Echo Shards and Cores). Normal items can’t be salvaged on purpose — they’re your upgrade fodder — and a failed salvage leaves behind Echo Dust, a new vendor material.

The witch keeps Enchant and Add Affix, and gains Reroll Affix (moved over from the smith, now repeatable, with the core cost doubling each time on the same item) and Upgrade Affix Tier (raise a single affix one tier with its roll percentile preserved, capped at the item’s base tier — so deep affix work and base upgrades interlock).

Fees follow the tier: gold pays for tier 1–4 crafts, while Echoing Crystals pay for tier-5 crafts and every affix-tier upgrade, finally giving the delve currency a real sink. Echo Shards drive the incremental crafts; Echo Cores drive the identity-changing ones.

Echo infusion is gone

The old echo-infusion mechanic — uncapped stat scaling on items above level 100, which let deep rares eclipse uniques — has been removed. Echoed tiles now reward better inputs instead: each echo level grants Magic Find and improves the Echo Shard and Core drop chance. Item levels cap at 99, and any over-levelled items are brought back in line.
