v0.6.14 — One active session per character

Each character is now limited to a single active session at a time, so a hero can’t be running in two places at once. Open a character somewhere new and any older session on it is sent back to the main menu with an “opened elsewhere” notice — and the bounced session won’t save over the progress you’re now making. No more mysterious rollbacks from having the same hero live in two tabs.
