v0.4.3 — Base belt slot

Every hero now heads out with a belt from the start.

What changed

• A base belt slot. New and existing heroes now have a starting belt slot, so you always have somewhere to keep a potion within reach.
• Belt mechanic fix. The belt behaviour that was misfiring is fixed.
