v0.12.6 — Longer buffs, lasting debuffs, strict cast order

Buffs and debuffs

  • Every skill buff lasts 30 seconds at every rank. Before, buffs ran from 5 s at rank 1 to 24 s at rank 20. This covers War Cry, Bloodrush, Roar, Deathroar, Quickfooted, Feint, Dance of Blades, Blessed Shield, Brace, Fortify, Unyielding and Elemental Storm.
  • Skill debuffs now hold until the enemy dies, so each one is cast once per enemy. This covers Sunder Armor, Intimidate, Rampart Break, Crippling Strike, Blinding Hit, Expose, Taunt and Weakening Touch.
  • Rank still makes the effects stronger. How strong they are hasn’t changed. Damage over time (burning, poison, bleeding) and other procs work as before.
  • Skill cards show “Duration: 30 s” or “Duration: until the enemy dies”. The debuff icon on the enemy no longer counts down.

Active skill order

  • The priority list is now strict. The highest skill whose rule is met gets your Rage. If it costs more than you have, the skills below it wait until you have enough. Before, a cheaper skill further down fired first, so a 40-Rage skill like Deathroar could be beaten by War Cry forever.
  • A skill whose rule isn’t met, such as “buff missing” while its buff is still up, still lets the next skill fire.
  • Buffs now also cast while you wait for the next enemy, so leftover Rage is spent instead of decaying. A buff that is still being cast when the enemy dies now finishes instead of being cancelled.

Loot filter

  • The loot filter window no longer shows a scroll bar on desktop. On small screens where it still has to scroll, the scroll bar matches the game’s style.
