v0.1.2 — Runes and runewords

New to the loot pool: runes. Collect them and combine the right ones in the right order to spell out a runeword — a named recipe that grants a bundle of bonuses no single rune could on its own.

What changed

• Runes join the drop pool as a new collectible to hunt and hoard.
• Line the right runes up in the correct order to form runewords and claim their combined bonuses.
